Charles D.Hale
Charles D. Hale has an extensive background in municipal law enforcement, and has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in criminal justice from California State University at Long Beach. He began his career as a police officer with the El Segundo, California, Police Department after serving six years with the U. S. Marine Corps.
With the El Segundo Police Department, he also held positions of Detective and Sergeant. Mr. Hale has served as a consultant in criminal justice and police operation to more than 250 cities, towns and villages in the United States over the last 45 years.
He has also published several non-fiction textbooks on the subject of municipal law enforcement.
